Softtech has received four distinguished awards at the Employer Brand Stars 2025. The company earned two Gold awards for its inclusivity and young talent programs, along with two Silver awards recognizing its digital employee experience and internal communications. These awards highlight Softtech’s commitment to a human-centric approach to technology.

Organized by the London based Employer Brand Management Awards, Employer Brand Stars 2025 honored our work across four categories. Our “Bir Bug Var” initiative, designed to address gender inequality in the technology sector, received the Gold Award in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion category. The project was commended for its equality driven transformation across HR processes and for strengthening women’s participation in the workforce.

Our new graduate recruitment program, Yetenek Kuşağı, received the Gold Award in the New Graduate Recruitment Program category. By offering young talent comprehensive training, mentorship, and career development opportunities, the program supports the industry with highly qualified future professionals. This success reflects Softtech’s dedication to creating an environment where individuals can unlock their full potential.

A Double Achievement in Digital Employee Experience

Our digital employee experience platform, Lokum, received the Silver Award in the Digital Usage category. The platform enables secure and rapid communication between Softtech and its employees during emergency situations, ensuring timely support and helping identify critical needs. Lokum stands out not only as an internal communication tool but also as a technology designed to support employees in their most challenging moments.

Internal communication initiatives integrated with the Lokum platform also received the Silver Award in the Internal Communications category. By blending digital tools with strategic communication, Softtech continues to provide a consistent, engaging, and seamless experience for its employees.

“We Will Continue to Strengthen Our Human-Centric Technology Vision”

Softtech CEO M. Bülent Özçengel commented on the achievements:

“It is inspiring to see that our people-centric initiatives, developed as an integral part of Softtech’s culture, are being recognized by international award programs.

As a technology company, we see it as our responsibility to expand the boundaries of digital employee experience and to ensure inclusivity becomes a natural part of everyday work practices. Keeping people at the center of everything we do, we will continue to advance our work and develop new projects by combining technology with creativity.”
