Nays was designed to attract individuals who had previously stayed away from İş Bankası due to reluctance to become traditional bank customers.
The project aimed to bring in new customers, engage a younger audience, and gain a competitive advantage through a daily-use financial app that’s easy, fun, and preferred by users.
Making a Difference in Digital Banking with Nays
Comprehensive support was provided for the Nays app in the areas of UX/UI design, analysis, frontend, and backend development. In just 1.5 years, the Nays app achieved great success. It reached 3.3 million registered users, and 350,000 people became İş Bankası customers through Nays. 188,000 active users who regularly perform financial transactions each month proved the app's effectiveness and reliability. In addition, the app, which reached 5 million downloads, provided microcredit to 65,000 people and achieved a total transaction volume of nearly 30 billion TL. Nays' daily active user/monthly active user ratio was 23%.
